"The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "

"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "
