"お部屋はとても清潔でした。 部屋の広さも十分だし、隣の音も聞こえず静かだし、駅も近くて、周りにはスーパー、コンビニもあり、安いコインパーキングもありで、利便性にも優れていました。 前日夜までに部屋の鍵番号がメールで届かなかったので問い合せたところ、すぐに対応もしてもらえました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。"

"普通のアパート内の何部屋かをホテルとしておられる感じでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、バスタオル、薄手のバスローブ、アメニティ（歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなど）の他、食器やカトラリー類に加え、食器用洗剤とスポンジや浄水器のようなものもあり、便利でした。 一般的なホテルにあるお茶のティーバッグやスティックコーヒーのようなものはありませんので、必要な方は持参すると良いかと思います。 一番有り難かったのは、宿泊したお部屋（3b）は、高くなっている床にマットレスが直置きしてあったことから、動かして2台並べることができた点です。 2歳の子供との初めての一泊旅行でしたが、ベッドからの転落を気にすることなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 場所も、歩いてすぐの所に天保山マーケットやコンビニがあり、非常に便利でした。 スタッフの方との連絡もこまめに取れ、ありがたかったです。 使用済み紙おむつの処分を事前に伺ったところ、ご快諾いただけたのも、本当にありがたかったです。 また近くに旅行に来る機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。"

"Very nice and clean. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and it was nice for a family of five with teenagers. It’s a staff-less hotel so no refreshing towels or daily cleaning. There are washers/dryers on site as well but guests were leaving their clothes for extended periods, long after the wash is done, so it was a little difficult to use. Luckily there was a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Location is residential and not a whole lot of food options within a 10 min walk. Overall...

"Ich habe auf einer Rundreise per Bahn einen Zwischenstopp in Kobe eingelegt und nach 2 Nächten im Zentrum dort oben auf dem Mt. Rokko eine Nacht verbracht. Ein Häuschen mitten zwischen Bäumen, experimentell und spassig, wie gewünscht. Das zentrale Haus war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und lässig. Konstruktionsbedingt bietet das Haus wenig akustischen Schutz, vor Autos und Bussen. Nach 10 Uhr wurde es dann aber leiser mit hat die Grillen gehört."

"Great spot for everything you want in Osaka. Great restaurants in every direction, 2 supermarkets nearby, train station super close, universal studios just 10 minutes by train. And it was a very nice room. We had a fantastic stay 😊"
