Did not eat breakfast so can’t rate that. Everything else was very good. Check in very prompt. They were able to hold luggage. Very close to Osaka Station.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Hotel provides free all day refreshments and happy hour drinks which was a nice touch.

We booked five nights for four adults. Even though there has a washing machine, but I didn’t expect to wash the towels by myself on my vacation. So I requested extra towels and coffee.
