"It was very nice to walk out of our door and see the trees and river. Also, because our room was on the river side, it was very quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big but could have been cleaner. Things like the back of the bathroom door could have used a wiping. And it looked like the kitchen floor hadn’t been mopped."

"We had a great stay at the Sandman Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we had questions. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!"

"I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip. The room was 210 for the first night. Since I had already paid in advance, I was forced to stay. Overall, the quality was very poor. The room only looked clean at first glance, but it was not actually clean. The bathroom door was dirty, and the coffee maker was covered in dust. On my return trip, I stayed in room 115, and the experience was even worse. The room was extremely dirty. Instead of a proper comforter, there was an old, smelly blanket...

"We stayed here as a quick stopover. We were arriving late and checking out early and I didn’t want to spend an insane amount on a hotel. The room itself was clean, bedding was clean but the bathroom wasn’t clean, the bathmat towel thing was dirty and and walls needed a good scrub. It was too late to say anything and we were tired and just needed to sleep. Regardless of what you pay the bathroom should be clean."

The manager told me I was supposed to complete the deposit refund when I checked out, but yet the other employee simply asked me my room number when I checked out and took my keys and that was that. Called about my deposit refund 5 days after check-out to be given the run around for 3 hours saying it was going to be e-transferred to me. (Which seems suspicious as is).
