"Reserved a room with 2 double beds. One bed had sand on the sheets over at least half of the bed. Desk clerk brought us fresh sheets that we put on. She stated she was going to tell the manager and see about a discount for us. When we checked out a different desk clerk mentioned again about a discount, we did not ask for one. We never got the discount."

"Had to get a smoking room that's all was left big burn holes in blankets, commode ran constantly , breakfast only oats toast. But beds were comfortable.."

"The elevators need to be clean on a daily basis.They really smell horrible. The carpet and room 402 could stand to be shampooed. Continental breakfast was terrible.Did not offer much a variety and the audacity to have microwave , jimmy dean sandwiches. Outside of that , it was okay for the price"

"When we arrived our hotel floor was wet. So much so we had to be careful not to fall and write our shoes the entire time. The quilts were all stained on the beds."

"One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant."

"The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. The building needs some repair (pool shower didn’t work and one of the hot tubs was unusable two days) and the management needs to communicate better. "Staff was extremely helpful and respectful"

"The hotel advertises itself as remodeled, and many reviews stated that it was clean. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. I have numerous photos showing the poor condition of the property. It appeared that surfaces were simply wiped down rather than thoroughly cleaned. The coffee table was extremely dirty and even had footprints on it. The showers were filthy, and the secondary bathroom had visible mold.
