"Really enjoyed the hotel, the view from the room was gorgeous! Room very clean, breakfast was good(the baker who makes the bisques, muffins, etc-the best!). Don’t miss the biscuits & gravy-better than the South! Loved the water refill in the lobby. Just be aware, there is no daily housekeeping, which we didn’t know prior to arrival. Overall, would absolutely stay again!!"

"We've been staying at the Elizabeth St. Inn for many years.
The absolute best thing going for them is the oceanfront location.
The rooms are average, with fantastic balconies overlooking the ocean.
The breakfast is not worthy of the hotel price, hasn't been since they closed the actual cooked breakfast room on floor 3. The evening seafood chowder and cookies are nice.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The rooms seem to have been going through updating and renovations for a few years...

"This is Newport's best kept secret! I almost hate to have others discover it but I also want them to succeed so that they'll stay around!
Truly unique experience. Utterly charming accommodations, tastefully decorated, clean and a great host.
It is rare to find a true Bed and Breakfast on the coast and this is it. Complementary drink and appetizers in the evening and continental breakfast bar PLUS hot breakfast option in the morning!
Plus where else can you find accommodations on a stern...
