"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price"

"They have a loud night club that shakes the rooms. Even on the 4th floor you could hear the music till 2:00am. Only good thing is this place has a large parking lot."

"This is an old property but the room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. The woman who runs the place was helpful and pleasant. "

"If you are looking for a quick and easy place to stay this will work. Room was dirty, beds were hard and pillows are like sleeping on a telephone book. Bathroom was ok- it got the job done. Shower didn’t have a light in it so it was very dark but the water pressure was amazing and I could not run it out of hot water. "

"The hotel itself is good not great. But for the price, it is outstanding. The highlights were that the bed/pillows were very comfortable and shower head was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Also, the young woman at the front desk to check me was very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning when I need to stay in Queens again."

"Room was clean. A couple of holes in the light blocking shade. Bath tub didn't drain well and filled up during shower. Shower faucet was loose and leaking. Interaction with staff was limited but my experience was positive. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch."
