"How order a pizza if was late and it came back cold? I didn’t know it until I started eating it, but at that point I just powered through. I didn’t really blame the staff, but at the end of the day I would’ve preferred it to be even temperature if you gonna offer pizza. That’s the only gripe that I had that evening"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant was also amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues in our room. The charging station built into the bed table did not work, the shower door would not close properly, and the toilet paper holder was broken. I did go to the front desk but no one...

"We only stayed one evening and the room was very nice, big and appeared to be recently renovated (RM 425). The only item that was difficult to find and use was the thermostat. It is behind the standing lamp by the front door and was set for air conditioning. The night we stayed the temp was 35+ F. degrees outside. Try resetting the thermostat at midnight in the dark. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff was awesome!"

"Very nice roomy clean hotel, great bed and awsome bathrobes! At age eighty a grab bar in the shower is welcome, but not one with four sharp 'nipples' hiding on the backside, so when you slide your hand along the bar it cuts into your hand. It is so unbelieveable I took pictures! Room 511.
To add insult to literal injury, on checkout there was an additional charge of forty dollars, never before mentioned, because we reserved online."
