"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. "Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and was decorated so cutely! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the dining room had great vibes. The location was great for a trip to Loon. This would also be a great place in the summer to explore the area!"

"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh during my stay."
