"This was my second time staying here - every part of the experience was great - from the warm greeting by Connie when I first arrived to the cleanliness and quiet of the room I stayed in. It was nice to be able to get a coffee in the morning before I left for a day of bird photography at Point Pelee. There are places closer to Point Pelee but the extra driving to stay here is well worth it. I’ll be back next year. "

"My husband and I along with our service dog spent 5 days at this lovely hotel. It felt like home. The hotel is new and spotless and in a great location with free car charging stations that we used nightly. The staff was amazing. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We used the laundry and it was quick and clean. The free breakfast was always fresh with many choices. We also enjoyed the bar area and invited a couple friends to join us after dinner.
We would highly recommend this hotel...

"This was a great hotel in Windsor. Close to a ton of restaurants, clean, helpful staff and the pool and gym were well equipped with clean towels. Kids loved being able to have their own beds (had a 2 queen and one sofa pull out) room was spacious for four and surprisingly quiet being on the main road that heads over the border to Detroit.
Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region"

"It was nice to have a place to stay, and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom needed more attention to detail, and there was a noticeable layer of dust in several spots. Improving the housekeeping would make this a much better stay."

Not happy with the pay to PARK situation, however for $5 you can park across the street for 8 hrs and street parking is free from 7p to 9a.
It is truly as beautiful and clean as the pictures and the reviews.
I highly recommend"
