Hotel is old and run down. Pool doesn’t open until 2pm or something like that. Needs renovating.

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room smelled like if this was a smoking room when all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Would not stay there again due to the horrible smoke smell

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan
The shuttle bus service was great and drivers were very polite and helpful. The free breakfast was also good with many choices.

Everything is good except the heater inside the room doesn’t work, the heater outside work but automatically shut down after sometimes even I have turn off the timer. So we have a very cold night. ペット同伴での宿泊でした。 きれいなドッグランと客室でのびのび楽しめました！ わんちゃんのお菓子のプレゼントだけでなく、オムツやウエットシートなどほぼペットの生活アイテムが揃っていて驚きました。 安心してペット同伴で宿泊できると思います。 客室は清潔で、ペットの匂いも気になりませんでした。 欲を言えば、浴室のシャワーの水圧が物足りなく感じました。コンテナの客室なのでしょうがないのかな？ あとは、大きなスクリーンが備え付けされていたのですが、ほとんど登録しない と見られず 子ども達は残念がっていました。 夜は持参した材料でBBQをしました。 油を買い忘れたので、BBQする方はお忘れ無く。 海が近く、海水シーズンにまた遊びにきたいと思います。 ...
