"Regency Hotel was a 10/10 from the moment our driver dropped us off out front, to the time we were picked up to leave. Check in was flawless. Our room was amazing. We had drinks and snacks in the back terrace and they were amazing. Breakfast in the morning was delightful. I can’t say more about the staff, there were so attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back to spend more time in Florence and stay at the Regency Hotel!"

"Hotel Eliana is a Gem! It’s a 20 minute walk from the center but I like it that way because it is quiet also after eating so much food from Central market I need to walk it down all the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back in this hotel again. I have in fact, suggested this to my close friends who are coming to Italy next year 10 members of the family."

"The apartment is in a good location and really easy to find with the instructions. There was only 3 of us so plenty of space. The beds were comfy, the apartment was clean and even though it’s right on a main road, you couldn’t hear anything from the inside. The only thing was the hot water in the main bathroom was hit and miss. Sometimes showers would be cold, other times there was hot water. The en suite always had hot water. The AC in the living room didn’t feel as cold as the temperature was...

"The property is up three flights of stairs so you need your muscles. But once in, the property feels like home. Ample room for dining and living, and Mamo Apartments couldn't have been more helpful. Tha apartment is located in a good position in town, amenities are excellent. Air conditioners work yet you are able to open windows and feel safe. The area is lively and there is a bit of noise late at night. Coffee is next door downstairs and the owner is lovely. Great place to stay."

"They left a window open, and mosquitoes kept getting into the room. I got so many mosquito bites every night I stayed there.
There is no elevator. The hotel is located on the third floor, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs by yourself, with no help from the hotel staff.
Breakfast is just sugar."
