"No air conditioning in the hotel room. Our room is unbearably warm -there is no way it is 18* in here which is the temperature that the air conditioner is locked at. I complained at the front desk but was told all the rooms are the same. I can’t imagine what the rooms are like when the weather here is actually hot (it is significantly cooler outside tonight, about 15* but we can’t even get fresh air because the window only opens about 2”) We would never stay here again, and will definitely share...

"We stayed here for one night because it was close to the airport. We had lunch which was very good. The desk staff (Alba) was friendly and professional. Vania in the dining room was also friendly. Even the shuttle driver who took us to the airport was great. It was our first trip to Barcelona and this hotel was a great stay. Gracias!"

"Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables.
