Extremely clean in both sites. Staff friendly and helpful. Bakery beautiful and lovely food. Dining hall is small. Lovely area and lots of shops surrounding hotel. Lovely walk to SA via beach.

absolutely spectacular! the food is exceptional. don’t listen to these negative reviews! Lots of british so be careful; the open bar is awesome, always tip! Such a great place; had a blast! spent most of time away from busy pool, and laid out on my deck. what’s there not too like, go super early to the buffets, as you can imagine the ‘cruise’ type folks that are vultures when their bellies are calling. Again British all over—- don’t be like the british, make sure you tip your bartenders

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in ever. I didn’t get value for my money, I feel like I was robbed. No refrigerator, no intercom, no coffee machine. The air condition was not working I had to work all the way to the reception to complain because they was no phone to call. Had issues with my room key and I had to go back again to get it fixed. I was worried because if I get into any trouble I can’t reach anyone to help. Was mess of a hotel.

Title: A Disappointing Stay at Azuline Miramantis Hotel in Ibiza Our stay at Azuline Miramantis Hotel in Ibiza was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The facility was old and unclean, a stark contrast to the polished images in the promotional materials. We waited four hours for our room to be cleaned, only to receive a standard room instead of the sea view room we had booked. The room had severe drainage problems in both the shower and sink, creating an unsanitary situation that persisted throughout our stay despite staff attempts to fix it. The all-inclusive wristbands were pointless, as we were repeatedly asked to show tokens for food and drinks. The pool hours were shorter than advertised, being open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. instead of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., which was inconvenient. The hotel's dress code enforcement was inconsistent, with my cousin being barred from the dining area for wearing a one-piece bathing suit with pants. Cleanliness was a major issue, with plates and bowls in the dining area often having food remnants stuck on them. Overall, Azuline Miramantis Hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and service, making for an extremely disappointing stay.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Mar Amantis und kann es nur empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist nett und bemüht, und es ist super gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist völlig ausreichend. Es ist zwar kein Luxushotel, aber dafür sehr gepflegt. Das Essen ist absolut in Ordnung und schmeckt gut. Wenn man jedoch mal keine Lust darauf hat, kann man in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants in der Umgebung etwas Passendes finden. Langweilig wird es dort jedenfalls nicht. Das Hotel an sich ist schön ruhig, wird aber auch gerne von jungen Engländern besucht, die sich erst abends bemerkbar machen, bevor es für sie in die zahlreichen Clubs geht. Das ist aber absolut erträglich und bisweilen sogar ganz lustig zu beobachten. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen, gerade für Menschen, die nicht nur Ruhe suchen, sondern auch die Möglichkeit haben wollen, etwas zu erleben. Das Mar Amantis hat die beste Lage in San Antonio – nicht mittendrin, mit einer super Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Stadt, und dennoch ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ich würde (und werde) dort wieder hinfahren.

Cogimos media pensión y nos arrepentimos desde el primer día, ya que la cena era d 19:30 a 21:30 y a las 21:30 ya empezaban a recoger toda la comida del buffet...además d q la comida área nefasta,...d muy baja calidad y todo malísimo, lo único que valía era el pan y la cerveza.....hemos comido fatal durante los 5 días....la habitación estaba bien pero nada del otro mundo....

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, pese a ser dos hoteles muy grandes no había aglomeraciones a la hora de las comidas. La única pega que pondría es la tardanza en la limpieza de las habitaciones, ha habido días que hasta las 14 no han ido a limpiarla.

L’hotel ha delle buone possibilità, basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più per renderlo più gradevole. Ad esempio, riporre qualche mensola in bagno (ve ne era soltanto una, piccola) e in doccia. Abbiamo goduto dell’all inclusive, la cucina non era per niente male. Giudizio comunque positivo.

The manager of the hotel is a very nice person and the bartenders as well. However, the reception staff are very unprofessional. At least with me they weren't that nice. I ask to make a reservation for a taxi, because i need it to go to the airport and the guy told me "you have to go outside and wait for one". Really? I went outside and stay there waiting for a taxi for about 30m. The food are really good thoe, but they need to work more on customer service.

The hotel is 2 buildings the first one is right on the bay overlooking the sea , the water taxi stops right outside to take you to SAN Antonio, perfect! For 3 star the food was good and the drinks were very good too. Our only complaint was the staff were not very friendly and that’s everyone we came across from the bar staff to reception, just rude .

Every day at reception there was new guests being fobbed off with wrong rooms after payment for superior rooms this was every day felt like some sort of SC*m going on felt sorry for reception staff

Myself and daughter had a lovely weeks holiday here.We stayed in the Mar 1 which I understand from other guests was of higher standard than the 2.We arrived early hours and were put in a room on 1st floor which was by stairs & lift.I approached reception to see if could change as a little noisy.It wasn't a problem & moved us to quieter room which overlooked bay.Food was absolutely fine for a 3 star hotel,quite varied.All the entertainers worked hard throughout the day & found all staff very friendly. The only thing I can say on a negative point is evening entertainment or lack of it. Overall I would recommend this hotel
