"First of all i would like to commend the staff. Every single one of them were not only polite and courtiouse but happy.
Sorry to say its not a 5 star hotel. There is no pool. Little to no foyer at reception for sitting and reading. There was a foul smell as you entered reception.
It is right in the heart of Palma. Lots of shops and restaurants."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the sea and the castle, which was a nice little plus. It’s close to lots of neighborhood cafes and a supermarket. We have already decided to stay here again when we return to Palma.
The shower is very slippery, so I recommend bringing flipflops/sandals for that use. ;)"
