"Amazing staff. There was a problem with Hotel.com - they booked a one bed instead of a two bed room and the staff was very helpful in adjusting the accommodation for us. Great location with lots of choices of restaurants, coffee shops and markets close by. Quieter than Amalfi and Positano. Beautiful view. Great place to stay. It's just off the Main Street. "

The only drawback with the hotel is that the location is not walkable to Sorrento (but they do provide free shuttle service multiple times a day - so as long as your schedule fits with the shuttle all is good) or restaurants. "I definitely recommend upgrading to a seaview room, the view is breathtaking. The hotel is clean and pool is fantastic. There is a 10 min. walk to a local village, which is lovely and quaint. Alot of tourist meet up at the restuarants there. The shuttle service from the hotel is extremely helpful to go to town or other locations. I would suggest taking the tours suggested in the Hotel.
