"Tl;dr: Outstanding hotel in a not so good area! Summary: -Staff (all of them) were absolutely wonderful! Special shout out to shuttle driver Mauro who went above and beyond to help us out. "The hotel is fantastic, set on beautiful grounds with very well kept gardens, grand entrance and waterfall. The views are great, with Vesuvius sat to the front and views of Italy from the balconies. The staff are the best, accommodating, kind, and will help you with what ever you need, also very knowledgeable on area to help you with your travel plans and food spots! "Decent property, staff pretty nice and helpful….the hassling for the towels is what was most frustrating…. It’s hot there, I sweat a lot so I carried a towel to walk with everyday….each day they wanted to make sure the towel was returned…. Started to be annoying….."

"This property is beautifully Italian and impeccably maintained. Our room had a breathtaking view and was spacious and well appointed with air conditioning that truly kept it cool on very hot days. Everyone was so warm and helpful which really made our stay so pleasant. The restaurant had excellent food, service and atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing. "The room was very clean, the views were incredible, the staff were all so helpful and kind, the restaurants were convenient and very good. The pool was awesome to use, the fact that they offer a shuttle and driving to and from places in Praiano made it so easy and eliminated a huge expense as well as eliminated stress. Breakfast was a good variety of food. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Praiano."

"The room didn’t have iron/iron board, we called and we asked they told us they could loan us a steamer! We said OK they brought a contract with the steamer. They asked us to sign. This was very strange, uncomfortable!. The room Airconditioning was very loud, very uncomfortable. We we arrived. They told us check-in is at 3 PM. and the room is not ready we said OK they told us We could go to the bar. So we came back after three at the reception there was lots of people waiting for there turn....

"We stayed at the Villa Piedmonte in Ravello for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. It was such a beautiful hotel, with spectacular views, and a very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. It had many fresh and delicious choices. Alessandra at reception was wonderful and helpful with guides to Ravello and Giuseppe, the driver of the courtesy shuttle was great as well. We plan to return to the Villa Piedmonte soon!"
