"Front desk agent was not helpful, not friendly, dry and gave wrong information about room location. Hotel needs to add or locate bell cart better especially on a Sunday morning,3 carts does not cut it. Rooftop bar should always have room for hotel guests regardless of event and not made to wait a hopeful 30 minutes. Everything else about this hotel is amazing."

"I didn’t like anything about that place!! Refreg was broke when we entered the room. Had to bring another one! Air conditioner broke, couldn’t get another until next day!! No handi cap bars in shower, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra. Only cream and sugar for one person, we had two people! Carpet dirty, no fan in shower/ bath for steam or bathroom smell! No room service one day, they forgot. I had to call for towels. Bad bad place to stay!! Front desk not friendly at all!!!"

"The staff were helpful and efficient. The room we had was in an area detached from the main hotel. We had to go down an interior hallway, to out an walk across a roof area, and then back into the hotel. A long walk down the hallway in the hotel, down the elevator finally gets you to the lobby. The only coffee available is in that lobby area. Management has chosen to not provide any type of coffee in the rooms. Their sign says it is to cut down on plastic waste. I didn't enjoy having to get up...

"This will be the last time we stay at embassy suites. There was a big dead crock coach in the bathroom. When they move us to a different room, shampoo bottle is empt and tissue box is empty. They put us in a smoking room"

"The only thing they could improve upon would be offering real cream for the coffee instead of the cheap powdered stuff. It’s 2026 for crying out loud. Little flavored creamers or plain half and half would be a big improvement. Given the age of this Inn the rooms are basic, clean and the bed was comfy. AC worked well too. Parking is good as long as you don’t drive a big car. I would come back."

"It’s a basic motel. Not particularly appealing from the outside. But for the price, it’s a good spot. Room was clean and a good size though had a strong cleaner odor initially. If you want something basic, it’s a good choice."
