The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We were very comfortable, satisfied and safe. There is plenty of parking space inside the hotel territory. The only thing I would recommend them to improve is the breakfast buffet food variety. Although they serve a good breakfast buffet, I found the variety of items limiting. Last but not least, the location is within 10-15 minutes by car from the coast line, so for people with a car, it’s not an issue at all. If you don’t have a car, it’s around 10 minutes walk to the closest bus stop.

Relax en entorn immillorable.

Hotel - Casa ideal per una estada aprop de la natura i en entorn ideal. Destacar sobretot el personal, super atent des del primer dia . Habitació correcte, amb aire acondicionat que s'agraeix molt. Esmorzar correcte i amb petites variacions diaries. No es pot demanar més, qualitat preu molt bona.

Au milieu de nulle part, l’hôtel Casa Santa Elena est pour le moins atypique. L’accueil est sympathique. Les chambres sont simples, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre est très copieux et varié.

Un lloc amb encant.

L'hotel està en un lloc encantador amb un jardí molt gran i ben cuidat (tot i que en una part hi feien obres de millora) per fer un passeig, exercici o sentar-se en un banc. Per tema d'estalvi d'aigua i de recursos naturals, només feien la neteja de l'habitació cada 3 dies. La idea no ens sembla malament, però enlloc ho vam llegir ni al fer el chekin ens ho van explicar. El personal molt agradable i atent. L'esmorzar molt correcte, amb varietat d'embotits, de formatges, de fruita, fruita seca, iogurts, pa i brioixeria i sucs. També hi ha una màquina de cafè i una expenedora d'aigua d'ampolla (pagant) i d'aigua a granel (gratuïta). L'habitació justa de mides però amb molta llum ja que dona al jardí. El matalàs una mica dur pel nostre gust. El lavabo net i amb tot el necessari. Te zona de pícnic. El venen com a lloc de meditació, però tot i que hi ha monges i capella, en cap cas et trobes en un lloc de culte. Un bon lloc per anar a descansar.
