"The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. "We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. "This place was insanely nice. It must be the nicest accommodation near Santa Cruz. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I loved talking to Rebecca. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. "Ariana’s is excellent to stay in. The beds are super comfortable, the view from the kitchen area is great, the air conditioning worked great. Across the street is undeveloped land so we saw several new birds. It is a little over a mile to the harbor so if that’s more of a walk than you’d like, taxis are everywhere. All kinds of stores are within 2-3 blocks. We loved the neighborhood. "
