Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"Great location in Oro Valley. Priced appropriately. The rooms could use a bit of a refresh. It was fairly easy to hear neighbors through the wall and people walking in the room above. Overall though the pricing of the room was fair for what you get. The breakfast choices were great! Great variety of options for everyone and the breakfast area and dining room were very well organized and clean! All of the staff that we interacted with at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind!"

"We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!"
