"The resort is beautiful physically. The pool was out of order and the restaurants and shops were not open in the evenings. Dinner waitbrimes exceeded an hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, when they were available. It seemed that they were short staffed. The Casino staff was very accommodating and friendly."

"The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The spa is huge and well-appointed. Only complaint is regarding food. We arrived very hungry. The only option for food was the cafe until the restaurant opened for dinner at 5pm. I ordered an item and was told "we're out." I chose another item, and again was told "sorry, don't have any." Instead of leading with that information when I went to the counter to order, I had to play a stupid game of "what do you have?" Wound up with over-priced chips and...
