"We arrived later than expected due to the delay of our flight, but we managed get in quite quickly with Giacomo's help. He was very helpful in taking time to provide us detailed info about the place, the area and the room was as described on the website. "Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
