"We arrived later than expected due to the delay of our flight, but we managed get in quite quickly with Giacomo's help. He was very helpful in taking time to provide us detailed info about the place, the area and the room was as described on the website. Room is located in a really safe and convenient part of the Naples city center. "Fräscha rum i en finare del av Neapel. Nära till fina restauranger med gångavstånd till spanska kvarteren, färjorna till Sorrento och Capri och shopping. Trevlig personal, bemannad reception 10-12 timmar om dagen. Största nackdelen att det är lite lyhört. "

"Hotel was perfect! Staff were so helpful. Shuttle into town hourly worked out great. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Great breakfast daily looking out toward Mount Vesuvius was amazing. Front desk arranged for a driver to get us to the Naples airport which I highly recommend. "
