"We had a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and very helpful. Our room was stunning and very spacious for a family of 5! The breakfast was amazing, and all of the activities on site were very fun - we especially enjoyed the cooking class! I would absolutely love to return here. "Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."
