"​I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained and clean hotel. The room is spacious, and the staff is very helpful. However, the location was a bit of a drawback for me. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. While there are a few good restaurants nearby, the selection is limited unless you’re willing to walk another 10 minutes for more variety. There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, though the hotel does sell water and snacks in the lobby."

"O hotel fica afastado do centro, mas tem uma estação de metrô perto. A equipe da recepção é muito prestativa. O quarto é bom, tem sacada e frigobar. A cama é vastante confortável e o blackout da cortina deixa o quarto bem escuro. O café da manhã tem diversas opções de doces, salgados e bebidas."

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
