He even did random check-ins with us via text to see if we were enjoying ourselves and needed anything while we were in Napoli. "Our stay was great! The hotel has spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that it was difficult to find using Apple Maps, which directed us the wrong way. Google Maps was much more accurate. If you’re arriving by train, exit the station, turn left, walk all the way to the end, and cross the street—the hotel will be right there. Apple Maps incorrectly sends you to the right."

Toutefois, certains appareillages devraient être remplacés et modernisés ( robinetterie, douche, interrupteurs, haute de cuisine… etc.) Staff très accueillant, gentil et serviable, particulièrement la serveuse du breakfast! Un peu bruyant car à proximité d’un arrêt de gare ferroviaire et comme il s’agit de 5 chambres dans un appartement, en fonction des locataires, ça peut être bruyant !! Toutefois, dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de cette location, les propriétaires répondent rapidement à nos questions via whatsapp."

"L hotel est très cosi, le personnel super gentil, prévenant, emplacement dans un quartier proche de la promenade le long de la mer, 10min à pied de la station métro ligne 2. Palais royal à 30min à pied. Lit confortable, plein de serviettes de toilette ☺️. Le seul bémol pour ceux que cela peut déranger est la mauvaise insonorisation. Mais les gens sont respectueux et ne font pas de bruit le soir, sinon dans la journée on était toujours dehors à visiter "

"The staff was very kind and helpful. It was clean and well taken care of. I only wish we had access to the breakfast balcony in the afternoon and the location did not always feel safe at night but it was a good location for travel (close to the train station)."
