La crítica probablemente no tenga que ver tanto con el hotel como con la misma plataforma de Hotels.com ya que elegimos este hotel porque era el único que en este rango de precio y para la fecha seleccionada nos ofrecía posibilidad de cama de matrimonio. A pesar de ponerlo como requisito “indispensable” cuál fue nuestra decepción cuando al llegar el 8 de noviembre al hotel ni en la recepción sabían nada ni la chica que nos atendió se ofreció a hacérnoslo posible. Decepción absoluta, no confíen nunca!!!!

Buen hotel a precio interesante

Habitacion comoda y espaciosa. Baño amplio aunque le vendria bien una mampara mas grande y un rociador mas comodo. Facil entrada y aparmiento. Restauracion cercana. Alejado del centro de salamanca.

We had 3 people staying in one room, making the room a bit small.. overall we had a nice stay! Although they can improve with providing kettle & cups for coffee / tea. We like the basement garage option for our car.

No corresponde a un 4*

La impresión con la que nos hemos ido, es que no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, ya que se nota que está desactualizado y le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Las moquetas del suelo tanto de las habitaciones como la de los pasillos centrales están muy sucias, dando muy mal aspecto y sacando esa sensación de confort que te debe dar un hotel de esa categoría, las alfombras del lobby muy sucias y sin aspirar. La butaca de la habitación con la tela desgarrada. Y algunos detalles más que dan aspecto de descuidado. La situación del hotel es buena, cómoda y la zona de las piscina está muy bien, aunque los fondos de las piscinas se veían bastante sucios también.

Hotel Tranquilo y Recomendable

El hotel está a las afueras de Salamanca.Justo delante, está el CC El Tormes, (Mercadona, McDonald's, Cines,...) En la misma puerta hay una parada de autobús, que por 1 € te lleva al mismo centro histórico. No es necesario cojer el coche para nada. El hotel también, dispone de Parking gratuito. Como pega, podríamos decir, que en la recepción del hotel, huele a comida exageradamante. Por lo demás, muy correcto.

The fish at the evening meal was not cooked correctly. The waiter took it back to the chef who cooked it more but it was not cooked correctly in the first place. The waiter was very apologetic but the chef should have cooked another fresh piece of fish. We complained about the meal at checkout and that the breakfast was not ready until 07.45 when all should have been ready for 07.30. We left our mobile number but the management have taken no action. This is a huge disappointment to us. Last year our experience at this hotel was first rate. We drove 700 miles to this hotel in one day this year only to find that the standards had slipped. A great disappointment.
