"Rolled into town so late with no reservation on a graduation weekend (unbeknownst to us) traveling to California from Oklahoma to see family. We were just too tired to go any further. The guy up front was so nice. We had stopped in Tucumcari at a place we had ALWAYS stayed that our family had worked at our whole lives and the front staff was so hateful, not even a hello before I could even greet the woman. So we left and drove here. This guy more than made up for it and made a forever customer of us from now on. Told my mom when we got to Cali. She was shocked that the place she had spent her life working had become so hateful. But glad we found a much more wonderful place to stay. We will always come stay here from now on. Clean, quiet, safe, slept like a rock, and felt rested for the 12 hr drive of my next leg of my trip. Definitely have a customer for life not only for us but for our whole family now and our family is huge! So thank you! Pays to be friendly!"
