"3/5 – Clean rooms and great breakfast, but service and access need work Pros: Rooms were clean and reasonable Breakfast was very nice and convenient Cons: Steps were frozen over and needed clearing to prevent slipping Parking was inconvenient Front desk staff seemed bothered, made us wait ∼10 minutes at check-in with no explanation Overall: Comfortable stay with a solid breakfast, but safety and customer service could use improvement."

"Property did not have slip resistant pads in tub My wife slipped and fell in the tub Injured herself pretty bad and bruised Notified night clerk immediately at 1:51 am Have no real response Checked out and asked to speak to the manager, she was busy doing an audit? Requested to fill out a incident report, Gave me the email to manager and hotel number, was directed to contact her this way No sense of urgency, very disappointed"

"Overall firm was clean and hotel was also clean . Maybe vacuum the rooms and hallways . Other than that it was clean and felt very safe."

"They charged me an extra day because a jacket was left behind. They lied ans said that a suitcase was left but when we went to get the jacket they said nothing about a suitcase. Horrible customer service, they made us wait over an hour to talk to the manager and all she did was lie about everything, to the point that her own staff apologized for her actions!!!"
