"Wunderbar zum entspannen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein bisschen schickere Kleidung sollte man eventuell einpacken. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist eher im Fine Dining Bereich einzuordnen. Für richtig gute Pizza gibt es eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt, eine wirklich gute Pizza. Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall zu empfehlen."

"We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The pool area is lovely and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. We didn’t have the breakfast but we had snacks at the pool which were great. The hotel is a little way out of town in a quiet area so it’s around €17 - €22 each way in a taxi inc a tip to get into the centre of town by the elephant statue. There’s a bus stop around 10 mins walk away and a Tabacchio near there to get your bus ticket. I would also recommend you take the hotel up...

"The hotel is in a lovely spot, overlooking the sea, but there is very little around and about…everything seemed to be shut (end of May). The rooms are nice, if a bit dated, and the pool area is clean and well kept. Only thing was the noise from the building work on site meant you couldn’t really relax easily on the sunloungers. Food was lovely - great breakfast."

"We arrived at 1pm and were told our room would be available at 2pm. Then more guests arrived and they too were told their rooms would be available at 2pm. I mean, you can't have 3 rooms all done at the same time so if you don't want folks checking in before 2pm, just say so. We requested help with our luggage as we didn't want to drag our bags from the parking lot to the reception (a few mins walk on very bumpy, cobbled grounds), and had to wait a good 15mins for the "bellboy" to show up,...

"This is unusual hotel set in the old palace of aristocracy. Big, closed gate from the street and empty old hall as you enter. Reception hidden through the narrow passage. But upstairs it is loaded with the old and contemporary art like a museum. Staff is excellent and helpful. Room large.with comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Has an elevator. Large and fancy breakfast on the terrace. Located in the heart of the old town tourist district. Good choice!"

"The hotel was just OK. Pretty dated and not sure if it was damaged because of the storm or they were just doing it up but wasn't great. Pancrazio was really nice in the bar but only really breakfast served in terms of food. Not an issue as we wanted to eat out but dont expect much in the way of food at hotel. Overall the hotel was just ok, paying mostly for the location which to be fair is very good as long as your mobile. Please don't book if you cant make it up and down the very steep hill...

"Room very clean daily just what I expected. Friendly staff at the desk on the floors and during breakfast. Very nice display on the lay out of the breakfast very roomie and great lady leader that I did not get her name followed by great servers as well. Bar staff were very good as well.
