Khách sạn Santana , Santana

"Amazing ! Everything from the facilities, the view, the staff, and the breakfast. Plenty of parking and they also have daily planned activities that you can participate."

"The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how quiet the area was and it was not a very busy street, but didn’t have great cell service. We had no issues finding parking when we stayed. We...

"Great location. Clean rooms. Has a nice rooftop pool with a nice view."

"The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available.. For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....

"Good location, we walked into town a few times or a short bus/taxi ride. Bus right outside the hotel including the airport bus. Really good breakfast, some more vegetarian options would be great. Staff especially reception staff were really helpful. Didn't like: upgrading to partial sea view was disappointing."

"The hotel grounds were amazing and resort was beautiful. The workers and staff were outstanding. We loved our stay. Some cons: We had issue with the room air conditioning not working and there were ants in both rooms we were provided to stay. Restaurant food quality was poor and unlike other Hyatt ziva properties we stayed at."

"A perfect getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation."

"Ikonisch gelegenes Hotel im Lido Viertel von Madeira unweit des Wohnhauses von CR7, vielen Restaurants und dem Hafen"

"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"

"The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

"Todo muy bien, buena ubicación en Funchal y el personal muy atento"

"staff was great. Loved the saltwater pool"

"Very beautiful and clean property. Close to absolutely everything! I just wish their gym would have been open."
