Tape à l oeil !

Dans un studio , pas une éponge ni essuie tout , ni une goutte de produit vaisselle , ni etat des lieux...certes déco moderne tape à l oeil !!! Et personnels à l accueil pas du tout sympa et j ai du demandé 2fois un ticket pour les 10000pesos du parking !!!

Chegamos as 22h (17/06) no endereço que estava na reserva. Chegando lá, não tinha nada reservado, porem ja tinhamos pago pela reserva. O senhor da recepção tentou nos ajudar ligando para a agência. Ficamos esperando uns 30 minutos até que por fim, depois de muitas ligaçōes um taxi veio nos buscar para nos levar em outro endereço. Pediram desculpa e nos encaminharam para um hotel boutique tremo que não tinha nada a ver com o que tínhamos reservado. Ficamos decepcionados.

Pesadelo!!!

Fomos para o endereço e, chegando lá, nao havia ninguém. Liguei e me mandaram ir para outro prédio, de taxi. Lá seria a hospedagem. O local era horrível. O check-in só foi disponibilizado após 15 hrs, apesar de o horário nao ter sido estipulado na página da reserva. Já no quarto, o colchao era terrível, o banheiro estava todo sujo, com cabelos. Nao tinha wifi disponível, apesar de constar na reserva. Pedi que consertassem mas nem se preocuparam. Por fim, no checkout eles estavam me devendo 7 dólares do pagamento da diária e o atendente demorou quase meia hora para me dar o troco. Nunca mais me hospedo com essa agência!

Não é um apart hotel. É um edificio, onde alguns apartamentos são comercializados por uma agência. O suporte do porteiro é zero. O atendimento da agência é ruim. O apartamento é correto, com boa tv a cabo e wifi. Há barulho pela noite. A piscina estava interditada. Opção para jovens.
