Excelente localização

Uma acomodação excelente para o propósito da viagem, passávamos o dia fazendo passeios e só voltávamos no final do dia, para tomar banho e dormir, cama confortável, banheiro ok, uma cozinha que atende bem, bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, mercado, metrô... portaria 24 horas, voltaria outras vezes!!!

Bom, mas não vale o custo.

Escolhemos o standard e nos sentimos enganados pelas fotos. Era bem menor que o esperado tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro. Tentamos trocar de acomodação assim que chegamos mas não tinha quartos disponíveis. Tínhamos a intenção de cozinhar uma refeição ou outra mas vimos que não seria possível pela condição da cozinha e como o fogão estava instalado, não tinha como ficar de pé ali e iria impregnar o quarto inteiro. Tentamos utilizar a chaleira elétrica mas estava estragada. O ar condicionado é portátil mas nos serviu bem. Em contrapartida, a localização é excelente, tem tudo perto.

Esta muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso y muy cómodo. Si solicito a la administración un poco más de atención con la fumigación, nos tocó ver insectos en cocina y baño.

Excelente ubicación, decepcionante atención.

Una excelente ubicación en pleno centro financiero de Santiago con instalaciones relativamente buenas, a excepción de sus ventanas no aislantes del ruido por lo que en las noches me fue difícil conciliar el sueño con tanta bulla. En cuanto a la atención lo único realmente decepcionante fue que, aún habiendo pagado los impuestos nacionales en el lugar, me negaron emitir algún documento tributario argumentando artilugios falsos ; al menos por viajes de la empresa no volveremos a ir allí.

Estado general basico

El acceso al edificio es feo, como entrar a una cochera. La primer habitación necesitaba decorarla de nuevo. La puerta del baño golpeaba en la cama y no podía abrirse totalmente. El estado general es viejo y las modernizaciones son con materiales baratos. Los cubre cama no dan sensación de limpieza. El servicio recibido por Paulina fue muy bueno tanto en el Check in como al pedir ayuda con la caja de seguridad.

Excelente Custo X Benefício

Trata-se de um excelente custo X benefício. Não sei se existem acomodações para mais de 2 pessoas, mas para mim e para o meu filho, a estrutura foi perfeita. Excelente localização, melhor impossível. Um esquema de Flat que possibilita um café da manhã ao estilo de casa. Equipe muito atenciosa e pronta para ajudar no que for necessário. Indico para quem não busca luxo e sim praticidade.

Está muy bien situado, cerca de la línea principal del metro. El apartamento no es lujoso pero tiene todo lo necesario con cocina incluida. Todos los días hacen la limpieza. Nos gusto mucho!
