unprofessional

My two main areas of discomfort were : 1.- No TV in bed room. 2.- manager insisted on payment in cash and for that purpose showed to the apartment without notice at inappropriate hours two days in a row. Location is good but I will not go back to the same apartment, there are several companies in the same building.

Bela opção de flats em Santiago

Quando cheguei ao local, fui muito bem recebido, mas o apto estava com problemas. Me realocaram para um flat muito bom, o único defeito é que a localização pra mim ficou fora de mão, do resto, tudo perfeito e dentro do esperado.

Hotel is closed, building not habitable.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS IN THIS HOTEL! The hotel is closed due to flooding. The building is empty and not habilitated. The street is also closed, and they are still working pumping water out of the building. Expedia has been offering the hotel although the flooding happened 2 weeks ago. Expedia should make sure that no money will be charge to my credit card. The hotel will be closed for a long time.

Stay in Santiago

It is unconfortable apartment, no Air Conditioning, clean the room once a week, no tv in room and almost same.price as 4 star hotel. Do not recomend Chilean Suites at all
