2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. After We stayed in the hotel for $50 and it was such a big difference, much bigger and nicer, cleaner, with the pleasant smell. I am honestly not sure why there is so many good reviews. We booked because of the reviews were good.

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Abends konnte man noch lange auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, bis das warme Wasser aus der Dusche kommt dauert es zu lange. Im Sommer fehlt eine Klimaanlage, bei über 30° und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung heizt sich das Appartement sehr auf. Aber es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Nice area

Relatively comfortable, black out blinds and fan helped to keep the room Cool as no air con. The wifi was okay, many different routers, certain ones would work in the bedroom but not in the sitting room so had to keep switching over. The staff were kind especially the lady at breakfast. The area was good, close to huge shopping mall with restaurants and about a 45 minute walk to the city centre or 10 minute walk to the metro.

El lugar lo encontré bueno, por su ubicación, tranquilidad necesaria para el momento país que vivimos. Mis reparos son dos : 1.- No debe existir la "letra chica" hoy en día, pues de eso se está cansado...lo digo por el estacionamiento, pues uno de los criterios que usé para elegir lugar, fue precisamente, que tuviera estacionamiento y al llegar allá, resulta que no había capacidad. la persona que nos recibió, hizo mención de la letra chica 2.- En el momento de retirarnos, nos cobran el I.V.A., lo que me parece muy extraño, pues en ninguna parte de las muchas veces que nos hospedamos, nos cobran el i.v.a .por separado y al final de la estadía...

Great breakfast, excellent WiFi, awesome hotel

This is the review for our 3rd stay at Heidelberg Haus in November 2019. Our first time we were so impressed with the well appointed suites, the beautiful neighborhood of Providencia, and Luciano, the courteous and helpful hotel manager. We also remembered the great breakfast, fast and efficient laundry service for 5000 CLP per bag, and excellent WiFi! So we decided to stay here again. Luciano and the team were very helpful to us in storing some of our luggage we didn’t need on our travels through Chile. It felt like a home away from home. We went on to stay at this once again during our month in Chile. I can’t recommend Heidelberg Haus more highly.

A week in Santiago.

Hotel is located in a quiet area of Providencia and is gated for security. (This is normal in Santiago.) We stayed at a time when there was much social unrest and the staff were very helpful in advising us of where to go and where and what to avoid. Most of the the other guests were couples like us. Atmosphere is relaxed. The apartments are comfortable. We had a one bedroom apartment with lounge, although oddly, to us at any rate, the tv was in the bedroom. Staff are happy and made us feel welcome. Breakfast is very good. Lots of fruit. Would recommend this hotel.

I liked it like a boutique hotel but it is linked to University Of Heidelberg in Germany and University is linked to this hotel. This hotel is built for the students and professors coming from Germany. very quiet place situated in a very rich and quite neighborhood and very close to the highest building Costanera Center and it is only 7 minutes walk there. I enjoyed my walk to Costanera center. Breakfast is continental which is good. Rooms are two types very small and others are spacious. First they put me in 103 which was very very small then I asked them and they gave me 304 was a very spacious room. Very helping staff as they have no elevator helped me to bring my heavy suitcase down.

There is no elevator but the staff gladly helped with my bags up to the 4 th floor. No A/C. There is a nice crosswind. Check in very rapid and staff friendly. Good breakfast

As fotos do site em nada condizem com o hotel. Parece outro lugar. Na verdade, tudo indica que não era hotel, mas sim um local para estudantes de uma universidade próxima. A área de café da manhã não parece com refeitório, mas sim uma garagem, inclusive com indicações de cuidado para não bater com a cabeça, de tão baixo que é o pé direito. Mas gostei da limpeza e da cordialidade dos empregados. Mas não indico o "hotel" para amigos.

Demoramos exatos 16 minutos para conseguir entrar no local, tocamos diversas vezes o interfone, liguei para o hotel e só depois de muito tempo apareceu alguém. E a outra surpresa é que não tem elevador e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar a carregar as malas. Eu não indico.
