Everything was excellent, from the check in, room cleanliness to the buffet breakfast, pool and spa. If they wanted to improve anything, would be to help with luggage. I got my own trolly and had 2 large and 2 small, piled them on my own onto the trolly and in check out also no one offered to help ...
