"This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze.
The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Torre del Castello. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to.
The property was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Air Conditioning could be better, though functioning, it barely cooled the room.
The check-in and check-out experience was superb....

"This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, as someone who travels solo often sometimes you are just looking for some peace and not having to do everything on your own. I am in awe of the property. If you are looking for privacy, story book views, and gardens this is the place to be. The staff is also incredibly kind and always looking to help in any way they can. A must stay, I will be back with family/friends next time. "

"This was my most favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is the upper floor of a private palazzo with a view of expansive gardens. Being off the beaten path was perfect because it was a calm from the very overwhelming city center. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING and the interior design was a perfect mixture of modern and Italian. I hope to get back to Florence soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here!"

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. "Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

Our stay at Hotel Firenze 2000 was extremely disappointing. We booked three nights, but the room assigned to us was directly next to a terrace where guests were drinking, talking loudly, and making noise for hours late into the night. The disturbance was so severe that we were unable to sleep at all.
