"The location in Oia is amazing. The hotel views of the sunset were great and the location was convenient to all the shopping. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout. Having a porter to carry luggage was a great perk of staying at this hotel. There are a lot of steps to get to and from the hotel. Be prepared for the steps if choosing this hotel. "

"The property was clean and tidy. Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time. "

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. Amazing location. Stunning views. Exceptional service. Breakfast was wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great access to bus terminal that gets you anywhere on the island. Close to shopping and the central squares, yet not loud during shoulder season. This was the best place for sunset viewing - so much so that we skipped watching from Oia. "

"It is difficult to rate this hotel. All rooms have a big balcony/patio and provide some of the most astonishing views I've seen. The ocean, the views to the caldera and the castle, the sunsets, really beautiful. I was actually sad the day before leaving the place, couldn't get enough of that view. To me, it is the hotel with the most beautiful view I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and provided a courtesy wine to enjoy while seeing the views from the balcony. So, why not 5 stars?
