"Our stay was great. Access to shopping, restaurants and public transit were all within a 1-15 minute walk. The hotel was quiet, clean, friendly and well managed. Staff were exceptional and very helpful with advice and excursion bookings. We were very impressed with the included breakfast. It far surpassed anything we expected. The setting in the little grotto was a treat. This hotel was like an oasis in a sea of busy and would highly recommend it.🇨🇦"

"Todo estuvo excelente... muy generosos, y tienes todo en el hotel si no quieres salir... Excelentes vistas, silencioso, privado, y mucha atención al cliente!!!"

"The best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. Service, food, cleanliness = outstanding. Very comfortable bed. Delicious fresh breakfast with lots of options. A great central location but still peaceful and quiet. Lovely views. Our host was superb and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish we could go back already. Note: you have to be in good enough shape to walk the steep cobblestone steps. It was a great workout after dining at the nearby restaurants."

"Lovely staff to greet you and couldn’t do enough to help you. Hotel is just at start Of Fira street so great location for bars, shops, restaurants. Room were clean but only complaint is noise for other rooms can be heard and on Saturday night noise can be heard from bars. 10 mins to airport and just around corner to bus station for local bus."
