"No airport transportation, they helped you with the taxis, they will call for you. But the room we were in had a light in the closet that keep on flashing every 2 mins. "Loved this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better place to propose to my gf. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay a memorable one! The hotel driver waited for us at the ferry port despite being a little late. Then our room was upgraded and the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive! the restaurant has an amazing view and the breakfast was SO good too, with multiple home-made items, etc. There is a bus stop right outside on the main road if you want to go to Fira or Oia....

"Everything was perfect"

"We loved Sophia Suites!! We stayed in the Privilege suite and it was a really cool layout with lots of space for 4 people to sleep. It could even work for 5 (2 king beds and a twin bed in a private area). It was very clean. The only thing was a bit of lack of privacy, as the flying dress photoshoots happened right outside our room (this was fine for us though). On the upper level with the pool, it was more private.
