"This hotel is truly a beautiful property in this idyllic town near the center of Portugal. We stayed as a one night stop on the way down from Lisbon towards the Algarve which worked out beautifully. One of the best sunsets I’ve had the privilege to witness from the balcony and the breakfast buffet and helpfulness of the staff was world class. Highly recommended!"

Absolute Empfehlung!"

We only had the chance to stay for one night, but if we had the opportunity, we would have loved to stay much longer. You can really feel the care and personal touch that goes into running this beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our overall experience. The rooms are quite dated and, in our opinion, do not feel particularly luxurious. Our room also wasn’t cleaned on one of the days, despite us being out at the pool for the entire day. The main pool area was another disappointment. The sun loungers and seating are very basic, with no cushions, and the pool service was very limited. Cups and glasses were left on tables throughout the day without being collected, which...
