"Has a lovely warm pool and spa area. The front counter are very helpful. It was a nice quiet retreat from the busyness of the city. The Tram to get you to the old town area was right across the street. We walked over to the shopping area and on to old town took about an hour."

"Beautiful property"

"Good food and drinks. Staff very friendly"

"Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were nice and spacious. All staff were extremely pleasant."

"Frühstück gut"

"Le jacuzzi froid et pas propre au sol"

"Clean"

"We had specifically booked a Suite with a Rossio Square View, but instead, we were assigned a standard room. This was certainly not the room we had selected or paid for. It’s disappointing when you make reservations in advance and trust that everything will be taken care of, only to arrive and find out that your booking has not been honored as expected."

"This hotel is in a great area with easy access to various parts of Lisbon. I used the metro, which made getting around very simple; you can use any credit card as your ticket—just tap it when entering and exiting—and it works out cheaper than buying a 'Navegante' card. There are many restaurants near the hotel; I recommend using Google to find the type of cuisine you’re looking for."

"The hotel was clean, the staff were good. The location was good. The only downside was it's on a pedestrian street so you have to drag your bags a couple of blocks."

"gorgeous hotel, amazing staff and easy to get to tourist attractions"
