Khách sạn Sao Tome de Covelas

"Everything was perfect"

"Excellent property. Great combination of modern amenities with an authentic local feel. Took advantage of the one hour River Boat activity for €30. Best value ever."

"We were looking forward to staying at this property but it turned out to be a disappointment. All of the staff is young and lacks professionalism and knowledge. They have a spa and two pools, but at check in the staff does not tell you about any of the amenities. We didn’t know there was an outdoor pool until the day before we left when we stumbled across it. The room and bathroom were clean, but sparse with poor lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bar staff cannot tell you about...

"Un hotel muy hermoso, solo mejoraría un poco el desayuno"

"Lovely hotel but we were too busy touring to enjoy the hotel's amenities. Would like to have stayed longer. Close to downtown and easily walkable."

"This place is absolutely paradise"

"Mycket servicevänlig personal. Perfekt läge med utsikt över Dourofloden."

"This inn is WONDERFUL. Christiano's attention to detail, ensuring the stay is perfect in every way, is unparalleled. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, warm, and attentive. They really want their guests to have a perfect stay - and we did. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. We all (the guests that week) wanted to take the bedding and beds with us. Food - breakfast and dinner - is fantastic to eat and elegantly served. Common space is beautiful and cozy. Pool area is lovely, with...

"Jättefint hotell"

"Incredible hotel. Absolutely beautiful property. Rooms were beautiful. Staff friendly and professional. Convenient location."

"Excellent service from all of the staff. Clean and well appointed room. Balcony with fantastic views. Excellent, quiet, peaceful, beautiful location. Nice outdoor pool, deck and loungers with great views in all directions. Very good restaurant for breakfast; fantastic evening meal. Well-stocked bar."

"O lugar é surpreendente! Vista de tirar o fôlego, quarto impecável, o Jorge foi muito solícito. Nao pretendia voltar ao Douro, mas agora vou repensar. Parabéns!!"

"Merveilleuse place ! Service A1, personnalisé. Une vue à couper le souffle. Très propre, très bonne nourriture du souper! Rien à dire à part : merci pour tout et au plaisir d’y revenir un jour !"

"The location and room was nice. The stay itself was okay, but the customer service was lacking. Our request for an iron or steamer was ignored, there was no coffee maker in the room, and checkout was confusing because nobody was at reception and no instructions were given."

"Alles war einfach perfekt! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ana empfangen und das Gelände sowie die Zimmer sind einfach wunderschön! Auch das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für uns der perfekte Ort zum abschalten!!! Danke für alles, wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder 💜"

"Chambre propre, belle piscine, personnel adorable"
