"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"房間非常不整潔！洗手盆有很多頭髮，然後還掛着一條上一個住客使用過的毛巾！枱面上有假眼睫毛，地下完全沒有清潔過有很多殘留物（包括隱形眼鏡）！我要另行買清潔用品，花了兩個小時進行清潔！ 房主還要不負責任，只是說會改善，根本沒有再安排過來清潔！"

"A brand-new hotel with beautiful design and atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small private onsen in the bathroom. The staff everywhere – lobby, concierge, restaurant, bell staff – were warm and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, both food and service. "

"Place was spotless and neatly organized for our arrival. We booked the large theater room and the sheer size of the room is definitely amazing especially for japan’s standards. They provided utensils, towels, soap, and more and the laundry machine was a 2-in-1 wash/dry which was very convenient. Overall great stay!"
