The room is clean and the location is walkable to many places, just steps away from Sapporo station and Odori station. The staff are all very kind and helpful. My luggage was unfortunately damaged by my airline when I got to Sapporo. I had to buy a replacement and the staff offered to help me to dispose the old luggage (at a cost, of course), which would be a huge hassle for me otherwise.

出張で利用しました。お部屋はゆったり目、よく考えられた構成で、使いやすいです。ベッドは快適でした。机も広く、仕事での使い勝手も良いです。大風呂も満足度が高いものでした。ただし、朝ごはんが七時からと遅くて勝手が悪いです。間に合わない人もいるでしょうね、事前に知ってれば頼まなかった。内容は悪くないですが。また、時間帯によっては、かなり待たされます。バイキング式でなく、お店の方が一人一人に給仕するので、やたら時間がかかります。お部屋の掃除が3日の滞在中一度も入りませんでした。流石に辛いですね。総合的にはまずまずですが、改善していただきたいところもあります。

とても清潔なお部屋でしたが、洗面所の水圧が低くて 手や顔を洗うのに時間がかかりました。空気清浄機が有り良かったです。ハンドソープが、とても良い香りでした。 一階のカフェで 朝食が頂けて良かったです。チェックアウト後も、手荷物を預かって頂けて助かりました。
