"Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke!
Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us.
Parking- minimal. But there was some!
Air conditioning- not too powerful!"

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"I could not find a regular TV channel to watch the news in the morning. The only choice was CBS and it was all static. Only clear show was Hallmark channel.
Also could not get WiFi. I was given the password at check in but never was able to enter it. It just kept thinking. I should have called the front desk for help but I was meeting family for dinner.
Clean, bed comfort was just OK."

"Super noisy room. When I checked in I asked if there was a room on the quiet side of the hotel (facing the mall vs highway) and was told first night was booked, but come to the front desk in the morning and will switch after people checked out. Came downstairs in the morning and was told quiet rooms would not be available on night two. Tough to sleep with super loud cars and motorbikes that are modified even with earplugs. Disappointed with the service. Gym had no water or supplies to wipe down...

"Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the hotel was nice, and the location was excellent (just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf). Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I forgot my ID, but they were able to accommodate us by adding my husband to the reservation, which I really appreciated.
We arrived around 7:00 p.m., and the kids still had time to enjoy the warm pool for about an hour. Breakfast was crowded, but there were plenty of delicious...
