The bathroom was also not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The property location is great and the staff is very friendly! "

The front desk staff were most helpful especially since we were there for our wedding and had a lot of visitors, vendors, and items that we needed to coordinate over the days we were in Sarasota. "We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. The only issue I ran into was that for the amount we paid for a nights stay wasn’t worth the quality of the room. It was a bit dirty. The couch was filthy and 100 percent uncomfortable. "Been coming to SK for years and this is by far the best resort. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms spacious and feel like a five star resort. The location cannot be beat. Walk to the right and you have great restaurants, shops and nightlife. Walk left and you’re on one of the best beaches in the world. For the price this is one of my favorite places to stay."
