"We stayed at the Inn during Valentine’s Day weekend, and our stay was perfect! The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Very comfy bed. Breakfast cooked to order was a highlight, and they accommodated my gluten allergy advance notice. Every employee was incredibly nice. I would eagerly recommend this place to anyone!"

"The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. "The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Parking was free and on-site. There was coffee/tea/fruit water in the lobby. Shower had good water pressure and temp. There was also a heat light in the bathroom, and the room heating was good. There were some rust stains in shower. Highly recommend this hotel! P"

"We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text."

"It was a clean hotel. It was in a safe and quiet location. The Hibachi restaurant was in walking distance. The hotel room was clean. This hotel does not have a pool but we knew that when we booked it. The breakfast was very good! Lots of options!! Mark at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. He was very friendly and my family enjoyed talking with him."

"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

"Liked the spaciousness of the room. Everything was clean, staff very responsive. Nice choices for breakfast. The one thing we did notice, and know it cannot be easily changed, is that it would be nice for the bathrooms to be bigger-felt a bit tight on the shower/toilet area. And a door between the sink area of the bathroom and the room itself would be great for privacy and muffling sounds-esp with multiple adults staying in the room. Also a bit disappointed that the jets in the hot tub were not...
