"Clean. New property."

"Excellent hotel! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The room was clean & full of amenities. It was a surprisingly large room with plenty of room to spread out. Had a separate room with a couch, mini desk/table & wet bar with coffee maker, fridge, & microwave. Location was great. Walkable to downtown restaurants & bars & the park. Parking lot is shared with a CVS & a mini plaza with stores but I didn’t have any issues with parking. They also had a complimentary happy hour with 2 free drinks...

"Multiple areas to discuss here. (1) Positive-- Staff was incredible & helpful at all times. Property located center of downtown, very clean & newly renovated. (2) Negative--- parking is limited to 10 spots. Street parking is limited 3hrs & almost impossible to find a spot. Parking garage behind motel is free on top level. Motel is located in center of downtown, so very noisy. Windows dont block any noise, walls very thin so can hear everything in rooms next to yours & outside. Night 1,Got woken...

"Would stay at the Brunswick again because of the staff- the property manager to waitress to groundskeeper were excellent communicators and very kind and helpful. Also-great breakfast! "

"Had a fantastic stay here, wonderful welcome from Brian on the front desk, and also a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a very nice surprise. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. Enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool area. Good location to explore lovely Saratoga Springs for our short stopover on the way to NYC."

"I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke...

"The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The staff checked in each morning to see if I needed fresh towels or housekeeping, which I appreciated. The hotel was conveniently located near several coffee shops and only about a five-minute drive to the town’s Main Street with plenty of restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and convenient, and the WiFi worked reliably for both my laptop and cellphone throughout my stay."

"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

"Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

"Die Zimmer waren große und sauber. Wir konnten Pferde aus unserem Fenster sehen. Casino ist nicht das neuste aber war für einen Abend mal ok, eher älteres Publikum."
