"We were really disappointed and were surprised that Hotels.com had given the property an 8.4. We needed to do some laundry and one of the two washers was broken. One of the two dryers was broken. I couldn't even get enough quarters from the front desk for my one load of wash and one load for the dryer. "My husband and I were here for a concert, hotel was older but beautifully maintained. Check in was great, parking was easy. The elevator stopped working, but again we understand the age of the hotel and disregarded the inconvenience. I wish i had more time here to learn the history and explore. We will definitely be back!
