Hotel Monterey KOBE
Hotel is good but the map/location provided by Expedia is wrong. It took me 15-20 min walking around the block to find the hotel. Finally I found it after speaking to another hotel near by.

This was not a hotel but an apartment. The location is practical, the balcony view is gorgeous, and the owners were very receptive and generous to requests.
