"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast. "
"I have often visited this hotel for work, as the minister for their wedding chapel, but this was the first time I stayed as a guest.
The onsite onsen is very niceand the views over Sasebo City and the 99 Islands group is amazing from just about anywhere in the hitel. "
"Great location with a short walk into amusement park. Nice large lobby but it and rooms need updating. Staff was nice but parking at the park lot, though free, is a pain to access car with shuttle.
"
"The accommodations are very clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing. Communication is clear and responded quickly to any questions. Close to shopping, restaurants & transportation."

There is nothing around to do or eat so everything is at the park. Beautiful place but not to stay long but to see the park
